RETURN POLICY

Online Shopping Return Policy

If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue.  However, you may return incorrect merchandise for an exchange or full refund within 7 days from the shipping date.  The item must not show physical signs of damage.  You are required to take photos of the damage, including the shipping box it came in to begin processing.

Items that qualified for free shipping that are returned will have shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.  The return shipping cost (the cost to return an item back to us) is not refundable.

Please allow seven (7) business days from when we receive your return to process your exchange or refund.  You will be notified by email once your return is processed.  The Diné Gifts reserves the right to refuse return, refund, and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that does not complied with the above-mentioned requirements in an effort to resolve the matter.
